What we collect on this website
- Analytics. Google Analytics 4 records pages viewed, approximate location, device and referrer. IP addresses are truncated before storage. We use this to see which pages get read. Retention 14 months.
- Booking a call. The booking form is provided by Cal.com. When you book, Cal.com processes your name, email address and the time you picked, and shares them with us so we can hold the call. Cal.com's own policy applies to their processing.
- Email you send us. Stored in Google Workspace for as long as the conversation is relevant, at most three years after the last message.
We do not run advertising pixels, chat widgets or third-party trackers on this site.
Legal basis
Analytics runs on legitimate interest, understanding how the site is used. Bookings and email run on the steps needed before entering a contract. You can object to analytics at any time by using a browser setting that blocks it, and we honour Global Privacy Control.

Google Ireland Ltd (Analytics, Workspace), Cal.com Inc (bookings), Cloudflare Inc (hosting and delivery). Data may leave the EU under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.
Your rights
Access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability and objection. Email jamyl@allboundops.com and we answer within 30 days. You can also complain to the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
Outbound email
Separate from this website, AllboundOps sends business-to-business email on behalf of clients to people in roles relevant to the client's product. The basis is legitimate interest. Every message carries a working unsubscribe, and suppression is honoured across all campaigns we operate.
